Our Story...dedicated to my love forever Everett!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!! 8 Months Tomorrow Baby!!!
When Everett and I went on our first date we were both surprised how much we had in common!
We talked every second we were together. We both loved art, food, and just making the most of life. I fell in love with the way he trembled and how sweet he was about everything. It was when he was taking me home and said, "Only 20minutes left together" that I knew there was more than that. I wanted this feeling to last forever!

Everett asked for my hand after only 8 days!!! Our engagement was a couple months but it felt like eternity... of course we had a great courtship. We talked about our excitement and fear in the anticipation of getting married. We had many fun dates and never ran out of things to talk about...

We got married December 30th 2010. It was a beautiful, frigidly cold day. It kind of reminds me of my baptism because the most I remember about it wast that the water was really cold but I felt so warm and wonderful inside! The temple was amazing. I have never felt as much happiness and peace as I did on that day!!! I was so in love and so happy and nothing could top looking at my husband with such excitement in his eyes before I said, "Yes!" for time and all eternity!!!

It was great to see all of our family. I couldn't help but smile the whole day through. That day was the beginning of an amazing journey Everett and I would share all our lives.

Next thing we knew we were expecting our first baby! We were so happy. I sang songs all day and laughed and smiled constantly. I can only imagine how happy Everett and I will be when we actually hold and care for this little one.

Being pregnant has been it's own little adventure. I am getting fatter and fatter but more and more excited at the same time. Our family has been almost as excited as we have. It is so comforting to know that this baby is coming to a family that will love him so very much! And no matter the circumstances Everett and I will always be there for him to love him and teach him all we know.
Everett is done with school for now. We are living at my house until he transfers to Weber State University. It has been so nice to be with family again. Everyone seems to be enjoying the fact that they can get to know Everett better and see me with such a big belly. Our family has been so wonderful to us I don't know how I can ever repay them but I plan to do the same for my kids when they stand in need. We went to the land not long after we got back and had fun playing horse-shoes, eating smores, and telling lots of fun stories!

I must say I always thought it would be cool to hold a lizard but once I actually did I was a little terrified where as Everett didn't seem to care at all when the lizard climbed all the way up to his head. As you can see everyone thought it was a cute idea to put this little guy on my belly. Mom said, "Connor held his first lizard!"

Well Everett and I still adore each other! Things got tough, fears and doubt came as we knew they would, but we did our best to laugh in the face of danger and love with all we have!

Each anniversary we have managed to celebrate in some kind of exciting way. Even if we can't afford anything Everett makes me something or just tells me over and over how "amazing" I am. He is such a sweet heart!
Everett is so funny. This Saturday he took me out on a date to a movie and dinner. We ate at Red Lobster which neither of us have had in a very long time. I finished eating before him and I enjoyed looking across the table and just watching. I told him I would be happy to just look at him all day long. He smiled and looked back at me, "Me too" he said. I thought it was so sweet that he'd say the same about me... "That's why I carry a mirror around with me!" I started laughing so hard. He can always make me laugh no matter what his joke is or what mood I am in. I don't know how he does it...
Everett and I enjoyed Rexburg while it lasted but I am relieved we won't be going back! I enjoyed school. My teachers were amazing especially Sister McManus who taught psychology and motivation, the people were very kind, and there was actually quite a bit of things we could do...it took awhile to figure that out but once we did every weekend was another exciting adventure!

Weekends to remember! 1 We went to the civil defense caves. They are so cool literally. The stay frozen all year round and are very deep and dark and lots of fun if you have good footing, a flashlight, and glow sticks. 2 Going to the sand dunes is always fun but Everett and I always seem to have a better time when we are together than when we are with anybody else. 3 We also loved to go to Levi and Paige's house to hangout and eat dinner. We loved double dates...I enjoy having others to our place just to hear new love stories and play games until we get sick of it!

This is a pic Everett and I took when we went to the caves!

Ashley and Brock came up one weekend and we went on a short road-trip to these amazing HUGE waterfalls. They were so beautiful. I love waterfalls because they look so majestic, their surroundings are green, and it is cool and breezy. Aww the beauty of the earth! And the beauty of our time together!!! I love you Everett FOREVER!!!!!!
